1 lb Pasta (sturdy type, corkscrew or
elbow)
salt/water
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup cooked green peas
1/4 cup diced red peppers
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Basil wine
Fresh ground pepper
Cook pasta in salted water as per package directions
(cut 2 minutes off the time) drain do not rinse Mix pasta with the rest of the
ingredients and serve
